Customers Think Woman is a Robot
Do you like to pretend? Some kids pretend to be cowboys or cowgirls riding
horses. Others pretend to drive fast cars. Some kids pretend to be robots.
有的小朋友喜歡裝成牛仔騎馬或是假裝開快車，有的也會裝成機器人。
Many people like robots in restaurants. People like to tell these robots what
they want to eat. Robots are cool!
很多人喜歡餐廳裡的機器人，覺得它們很酷，也喜歡跟它們點餐。
In China, Ms. Qin pretends to be a robot. This woman owns a restaurant. She
pretends there.
在中國，有一位秦小姐在她的火鍋店裡裝作是個機器人。
Ms. Qin takes customers to their tables. She walks with many small moves. She
moves and stops, moves and stops.
秦小姐幫客人帶位時，她用許多小小的移動來走路，移動，停，移動，停。
Ms. Qin doesn't look happy or sad. Her face and her eyes don't move. Many new
customers think she's a robot!
她的臉跟眼睛一動也不動，看不出她是開心還是難過，很多新客人覺得她是一個機器人。
News reporters heard about Ms. Qin. They went to her restaurant. They asked
her questions. They found out she wasn't a robot!
記者到她的火鍋店採訪，才發現她根本不是機器人。
Ms. Qin likes to pretend to be a robot. Why? It's because she likes to dance.
She's a good dancer, so she can move well.
那秦小姐為什麼喜歡扮成機器人呢?因為她喜歡跳舞，也是一位厲害的舞者。
Now many people know Ms. Qin is not a robot. But they like to watch her
pretend to be a robot!
