Where You Buy Bread Isn't Important
Mmm... Taiwan has delicious bread. There are many kinds! And bread is
everywhere. You can find bread at bakeries. You can find bread at convenience
stores.
台灣的麵包好好吃哦！在麵包店和便利商店都買得到各式各樣的麵包。
Is bakery bread better for you than convenience store bread? People are
talking about this. They are talking on social media. They say bread from
convenience stores is bad for you. Have you heard this? Well, this is not
true!
人們在社群網站上爭論：麵包店的麵包有沒有比便利商店的健康呢？許多人說便利商店的麵包對身體不好，不過，這其實是迷思！
Doctors want you to know the truth. Where you buy bread is not important.?
醫生們希望大家知道，在哪裡買麵包不重要。
Some things in bread make it last longer. People are talking about them. But
very, very little is in bread. These things are okay for you.
人們擔心麵包裡會加一些化學物質讓麵包保持新鮮，但其實麵包裡很少防腐劑，不會對身體造成傷害。
People say some bread lasts for two weeks. They say this is not good. But
bread lasts because... bread factories are very, very clean!
那為什麼有一些麵包可以放兩個禮拜這麼久呢？其實是因為麵包工廠非常乾淨！
And bread factories are very careful. They watch everything that goes into
their bread.
他們非常小心，會確保沒有任何不好的東西跑進麵包裡。
So don't worry! Eat some delicious bread! Eat it with fruit, vegetables, or
meat. That's good for you!
所以不用擔心哦！吃點好吃的麵包吧！你可以搭配水果、蔬菜，或者肉類一起吃，這樣比較好。
