Power Bank Fire Safety from Experts
Many people use their phones a lot. They use them all day. Sometimes their
phones need more power.
很多人一整天都在滑手機，所以他們的手機需要時常充電！
So some people use power banks. Power banks give their phones power. But
sometimes power banks catch on fire!
有一些人會用行動電源幫手機充電。但行動電源有時候會起火，造成危險。
Be careful when a power bank is very hot. Be very careful when it has smoke
or a burning smell. Do not touch the power bank! Find a grownup fast! Your
mom, your dad, or a teacher!
行動電源假如變得很燙，就要提高警覺。要是有冒煙或燒焦的氣味，就更要小心喔！這個時候千萬不要去碰行動電源！應該要馬上告訴大人，像是爸爸、媽媽或老師。
But maybe the grownup does not know what to do! Tell them what experts say.
They say do not use a fire extinguisher. It will make more smoke!
如果大人也不知道該怎麼辦，你可以告訴他們專家的建議。專家說不要用滅火器，因為這樣會讓行動電源產生更多煙。
Experts say to take a smoking or burning power bank outside fast! Then put it
into water. The water will bubble. Experts say to keep the power bank in the
water for a week. Wait for no more bubbles.
專家說要趕快把冒煙或起火的行動電源拿到室外，然後泡進水裡。之後，水會開始冒泡。專家說要把行動電源泡在水裡一個星期，或是到完全沒有泡泡為止。
Then experts say to give the burned power bank to a sanitation worker. The
worker can safely throw it away.
最後，要把燒壞的行動電源交給清潔隊，讓他們安全的處理掉！
Power banks are helpful. But when a power bank has smoke or a burning smell,
tell a grownup fast!
