A Long, Crazy Drive to South Africa
Do you like to go for long drives? How long is your longest drive?
Two men wanted to go for a very long drive. They wanted to start in the U.K.
They wanted to drive to South Africa! How crazy!
你喜歡開車長途旅行嗎？有兩名男子有個瘋狂的想法。他們想從英國出發，一路開車到南非！
The men got a small car. It has three wheels. One is in the front. Two are in
the back. The car is 25 years old!
他們找來一輛三輪小汽車。這輛老車有已經有二十五年車齡了！
This old car is not strong. But the men drove it in wet jungles. They drove
it in hot, dry deserts. They drove it up and down mountains! That is crazy!
這兩人開著老車穿越潮濕的叢林與乾燥的沙漠。老車翻山越嶺，太不可思議了！
The car broke down many times. But people in Africa fixed it every time! How
lucky!
這台車在路上故障了很多次。但幸運的是，總會有人能幫他們修好！
The men drove and drove. They drove in 22 countries! They saw elephants!
Giraffes ran next to their car!
這兩名男子開車穿越了二十二個國家！他們還看見了大象跟長頸鹿在車旁奔跑！
Sometimes there was danger. A bus almost hit them. And in some countries,
there were wars. Whoa, how scary…
在這趟旅程中，他們差一點與巴士擦撞，還經過深陷戰亂的國家，十分危險。
The men drove 22,000 kilometers! That is the longest drive for a car with
three wheels.
他們總共行駛了二萬二千公里，創下了三輪汽車最長行駛距離的新紀錄！
