Man Makes News About a Road

In India, one place has big mountains around it. In the winter, there is one
road to the place. This road is important. Every day, many trucks and cars
use it. It is in the mountains.
印度有一個地方被高山環繞。冬天的時候，只有一條山間道路可以通往那裡。每天都有許多車輛行駛在這條重要的山路上。

But sometimes the mountains have landslides. Mud and rocks fall on the road.
Then no one can use the road!
有時候，山區會有土石流。泥土跟石塊崩落到道路上，車輛無法通行！

Drivers did not know when landslides happened. They drove and drove in the
mountains. When there was a landslide, they stopped. Many trucks and cars
stopped. They did not move for hours. Sometimes they did not move for days!
以前，駕駛無法提前得知山上有沒有土石流。如果在山上開車的時候發生土石流，駕駛就會被迫卡在路上好幾個小時，甚至好幾天都動彈不得！

Then one man started helping drivers. He goes to the road. He takes videos
with his phone. He talks about what is happening on the road. He puts the
videos online.
後來，一名男子親自到這條路上，用手機拍攝路況的影片，並上傳到網路上！

Drivers watch the videos. When there is a landslide, they do not drive!
許多駕駛人都會觀看他的影片來判斷是否要上路。

This man helps thousands of drivers every day. He helps when there is snow or
rain. And he is faster than the news on TV. He makes news!
這名男子每天的最新資訊可以幫助很多駕駛。他發布消息的速度甚至比新聞台還快！

This man works hard to help drivers. He is their hero!

That may not be the best idea. 那可能不是好主意。 Sometimes it’s better to stay at
